1. General Provisions 1.1. This Offer constitutes the Seller’s official proposal to enter into a contract of sale of goods on the terms set out herein. 1.2. Placing an order on the Seller’s website by the Buyer shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of this Offer. 1.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of the Offer and to publish such amendments on the website; all changes become effective from the moment of their publication. 2. Subject of the Contract 2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer to the Buyer the Goods manufactured to the Buyer’s order, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods on the terms of this Offer. 2.2. The Goods presented on the website comprise paint-by-numbers paintings manufactured in accordance with the Buyer’s specifications. 3. Order Placement 3.1. The Buyer places an Order for Goods through the Seller’s website, providing all necessary data for fulfillment of the Order, including the images to be used for creating the paint-by-numbers. 3.2. The Seller is not responsible for any inaccuracies in the data provided by the Buyer. In the event of incorrect information, the Seller may refuse to fulfill the Order. 4. Price and Payment Procedure 4.1. Prices for the Goods are indicated on the Seller’s website and may be changed unilaterally by the Seller; however, such changes do not apply to Orders already paid for. 4.2. Payment for the Goods shall be made by the Buyer in full (100% prepayment) using one of the payment methods available on the website. 4.3. Upon placing an Order, the Buyer receives payment confirmation and payment instructions by e-mail. 5. Delivery of Goods 5.1. The Seller arranges delivery of the Goods via the shipping services specified on the website. Delivery terms depend on the chosen method and the Buyer’s region. 5.2. The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the Goods and is payable by the Buyer separately. 5.3. The Seller shall dispatch the Goods to the Buyer within 10 (ten) business days from the date of payment confirmation and completion of the painting’s manufacture. 6. Return of Goods 6.1. Returns of Goods of proper quality made to an individual order are not permitted in accordance with clause 4 of Article 26.1 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights.” 6.2. In the event of a defect or non-conformity of the Goods, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller to arrange return or replacement of the Goods. 7. Liability of the Parties 7.1. The Seller shall not be liable for any losses suffered by the Buyer due to improper use of the Goods. 7.2. The Seller shall not be liable for delays or errors in delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the Buyer. 7.3. The Buyer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided when placing the Order. 8. Force Majeure 8.1. The Seller shall be released from liability for full or partial non-performance of its obligations under this Agreement if such non-performance is due to force-majeure circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or acts of governmental authorities. 9. Final Provisions 9.1. This Offer becomes effective upon its publication on the Seller’s website and remains in effect until withdrawn. 9.2. Matters not governed by this Offer shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 10.
