BrushesPaints User Agreement 1. General terms 1.1. This Agreement governs use of https://brushespaints.com, the user account and the BrushesPaints digital service. 1.2. The website administrator is Kisti-Kraski LLC, INN 3000017715, OGRN 1253000000769, address: г. Москва, Смоленский бульвар, д. 7, email: brushes-paints@yandex.ru. 1.3. By using the website, registering, uploading images, paying for services or starting generations, the user accepts this Agreement. 2. Account 2.1. Some functions require an account. The user must provide accurate data and keep access credentials secure. 2.2. The user is responsible for actions performed through the account. 3. Service rules 3.1. The service allows users to upload images, configure processing settings, run automated generations and receive digital paint-by-number schemes. 3.2. The user must use the website lawfully and must not disrupt the website, bypass technical limits, attempt unauthorized access or upload prohibited content. 4. Paid services, data and cookies 4.1. Paid services are governed by the Public Offer. 4.2. Personal data is processed under the Personal Data Processing Policy. 4.3. Cookies and similar technologies are used under the Cookie Policy. 5.
