Public Offer for Services 1. General terms 1.1. This Public Offer is an official proposal by Kisti-Kraski LLC, INN 3000017715, OGRN 1253000000769, address: г. Москва, Смоленский бульвар, д. 7, email: brushes-paints@yandex.ru, phone: +7 977 887-79-18, to enter into a services agreement on the terms below. 1.2. The Offer applies to users of https://brushespaints.com and the BrushesPaints digital service. 1.3. The agreement is concluded when the user registers, places an order, clicks a payment button, pays for services, starts a generation or otherwise uses the paid service. 1.4. Before payment, the user confirms acceptance of this Offer and consents to the processing of personal data required to place and pay for the order. 2. Services 2.1. The service provides automated processing of uploaded images and creation of digital paint-by-number schemes. 2.2. Services are provided digitally. Physical goods, printing and delivery are not included unless separately agreed. 2.3. The result is access to a digital scheme on the website, including viewing and downloading where available. 3. Payment 3.1. The price, number of generations, discounts and total amount are shown on the website before payment. 3.2. Payment is made in advance by cashless methods, including Robokassa. 3.3. Paid generations are credited after successful payment confirmation by the payment service. 4. User images 4.1. The user confirms having rights or lawful grounds to upload and process images. 4.2. The user must not upload unlawful content or content infringing third-party rights. 4.3. Uploaded images and generated results are used only to provide the service, store results in the account, provide support, fix errors and comply with law. 5. Refunds 5.1. Refund requests may be sent to brushes-paints@yandex.ru. 5.2. Refunds are available where the service was not provided due to a technical reason attributable to the provider or where required by Russian law. 5.3. If paid generations have been used, the corresponding part of the service is considered provided. 6. Final terms 6.1. Russian law applies where mandatory.
